After studying cosmetology at Bay Path RVTH, Marisa took her state board exam and received her cosmetology license in 2016. She began working in a salon and performed an array of services from hair to waxing and nails. After taking a short leave and delving into the corporate world, she realized being in a salon is what would truly make her happy and she decided to pursue her passion. Having started as a salon manager and nail technician at a salon & spa in Worcester, she knew that she could bring her talent closer to her clientele in Sturbridge, MA. In the beginning of 2021 she decided it was time for her to work for herself, and she began building her own business.
Marisa began renovations in her suite at Altamoda Salon, and opened what is now Bella Nail Salon. Her favorite services are pedicures and acrylic sets with color acrylic.
